We stop here on our way to and from the beach. It is more than worth the price and was less that 3 miles from the highway. This is Southern home style food like grandma cooked. They have a great selection of meats, vegetables, salad bar items and desserts. I give this place my strongest recommendation. This is a beach trip tradition for us.
VERY friendly and honest staff!! They had clean and tidy bathrooms and a great atmosphere! Amazing food!!! They had a healthy and delicious salad bar and an amazing dessert bar The place just gave good vibes in general and I definitely recommend it if you're driving by. 5 STARS!!

Me and my husband's Thursday night dinner date place!! We love their 2 for 25 steak deal (2 steaks both with fries or baked potato and salad/desert bar)...so good!! The cook is WONDERFUL! So friendly and always greets us when he sees us come in. When he isn't too busy he even comes over and checks on everything at our table. He cooks the BEST steak (tender, juicy and flavorful) we have ever ate and it is ALWAYS cooked exactly how we ask!!! Our waitress is great also, she makes sure our cups stay filled and always ask if we want a to go cup. Even when it is busy she is always very prompt on taking care of our needs. If we could give them 10 stars we would!!!! You have to try Southern Sizzler!!!!!!! Their consistently great food and great customer service keeps us going back time after time.

It's a really nice place with great steaks for a reasonable price the server we had was amazing but not on top of us really enjoyed it will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.
Visiting from South Florida & a local relative recommended this restaurant. Husband & I had the Ribeye meal for 2 & the kids got a variety of food from the hot buffet( fried chicken, shrimp, steak tips, rice & gravy, mac&chee, green beans, home made biscuits etc. Everything was delicious steak perfectly cooked , Arnold Palmer on point. Great hospitality thanks Caleb & Kaizn (hope I spelled it right) . They also had a variety of desserts banana pudding, cake, jello etc. I didn’t eat any, but it look good. We went on a Sunday lots of people, hardly anywhere to sit. We will be back!
